THEATER of the               BLIND

The Theater of the Blind is active in producing classic and contemporary plays for local and festival audiences.

​

Recently the theater troupe performed in a festival at Thision, the historic open-air theater at the base of the Acropolis, and received widely positive reviews.

The Choir of  the Blind performs in various venues as well. They also produce holiday recordings, which they sell.

 

Both organizations provide a valuable outlet for expression and for showcasing the talents of blind performers who participate.

Participants include blind clients of all ages as well as members of the sighted staff from the Lighthouse for the Blind who enjoy singing and acting.
